Shop Online Update
Our online store is open to support you with all products that you might need during the lockdown period (though alert levels 3-1)
Following the Government's guidelines and to protect the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff all appropriate public health measures will be taken in fulfilling all orders.
Please note our team are working hard in processing all orders, however as we navigate through these challenging times, there could be some delays with shipping your order.
Due to delivery disruptions, orders to Auckland could be delayed by 1 day, and orders outside of Auckland could be delayed by an additional 2-3 days.

Call Centre Update
Our Call Centre remains open, 0800 237 766 however longer than usual wait times may be experienced.
Current Call Centre operating hours are between:-
9:00am – 8:00pm (Mon to Fri)
11:00am – 8:00pm (Sat & Sun)

New Zealand is currently at Alert Level 2 & 3 which may limit other Epson services available to you.
If you are classified as an Essential Business and have a product in need of urgent repair, please advise the Call Centre operator - 0800 237 766.
For non-essential businesses we regrettably are unable to proceed with a service booking at this time. Please contact us to re-schedule your service request at a time the Level 3 restriction is downgraded.
Please rest assured that if your warranty should expire during this period, Epson will extend your warranty for the elapsed period during L3 restrictions and honor your warranty claim when permissible.
